This Gothic Revival building was commissioned by the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks (B.P.O.E).

History

The building was originally commissioned by the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks (B.P.O.E) as a fraternal lodge.

It was later converted into a luxury hotel, the Park Plaza.

It is currently empty, although it is sometimes rented as a film location and for special events.
