Ivan C. Frickstad

Ivan Frickstad was an architect for P G & E (Pacific Gas and Electric).

He's noted for his Station J building in the Financial District and the P G & E building on Sutter Street.

Census records show him living in Oakland in 1910 and 1920.

According to the census records, he was 36 in 1920. He lived with his wife, Kathryn (born in Illinois), and three daughters: Marion, Vivian, and Kathryn.

The census records say he was born in California. His father was from Norway and his mother was from Connecticut. At the time of the 1920 census, he and his family lived at 1368 E 25th Street in Oakland.
